Muesli Munch Cookies

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1: Mix ingredients and spoon out on cookie sheet. Then take glass dipped in cold water, press down cookie slightly, dip in water, press etc.

2: Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.

 

Muesli Munch Banana Muffins

Ingredients: 

Instructions: 

1: Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl and mix until smooth.

2: Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

 

Muesli Munch Chocolate Bars 



 

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

1: In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and maple syrup to a fluffy texture. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, sea salt and cinnamon; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Next stir into the mixture: Muesli Munch, bananas and dark chocolate chips.
2: Shape into app. (10 by 15 inch) pan in baking baking paper on large pan, add the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife comes out dry.
3: Once out of the oven, let it cool for about 15 minutes, and then cut into squares to serve the Muesli Munch bars. 

Serving Suggestion:

1: Muesli Munch bars go great served warm out of the oven with a cold glass of milk or hot coffee.

  

Muesli Munch Date Muffins

Ingredients:  

  •  3/4-cup, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1/2-cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2-cup organic flour
  • 1/4-cup, flax seed (whole or ground)
  • 1-tsp baking powder
  • 1-tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2-tsp baking soda
  • Half a ripe banana (Mashed)
  • 1 egg (Beaten)
  • 2-TBS grapeseed oil or olive oil
  • 1-cup whole yogurt (whole yogurt makes this recipe taste much better than non-fat.)
  • 1-TBS honey
  • 1-tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 dried dates, pitted and chopped
  • 4 chopped dried figs, or equivalent fresh blueberries
  • 1/2-cup, walnuts chopped
  • 1/2-cup, carrots shredded

Instructions:

1: Chop the fruit and nuts and fold them into the muffin mix.
2: Lightly butter muffin cups or use paper cups, fill about ½ full.
3: Bake at 400 degrees for 24 minutes.
4: This recipe makes about 12 delicious Muesli Munch Muffins.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Once out of the oven, let muffins cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
2: These muffins go great served warm out of the oven with hot chocolate.

 

Muesli Munch Peach Cobbler

 

Ingredients: (Filling)

  •  4-cups peaches, firm + skinned (about 5 peaches, cut in 6 pieces each)
  • 1/3-cup honey (mix with peaches)
  • 1-TBS lemon juice
  • 1 1/2-tsp corn starch
  • 1/2-tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients: (Topping)

  • 2-cups of Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2-tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt 
  • 6-TBS melted butter (mixed)

Instructions:

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2: Place filling in app. (8 by 8 inch) buttered pan.
3: Top with topping and bake 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve with whipped cream.
2: Serve with vanilla ice cream.

 

Muesli Munch Blueberry Bars

Ingredients & Instructions: 

 

Heat oven to 340 degrees.

  • 1/3-cup of honey
  • 1/2-cup organic flour
  • 1/2-tsp baking soda
  • 1/8-tsp sea salt
  • 1-cup of Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • (5 ounces) soft butter

Mix above ingredients with a hand mixer to make crumbles.

1/2-cup of organic blueberry jam.

In app. (8 by 8 inch) pan take half of crumble mixture spread in the bottom of the pan.

Spread blueberry jam ¼” from the sides, then sprinkle remaining mixture over the top and press into the jam.

Bake 35 minutes, (after first 20 minutes cover loosely with foil), let cool and then cut into bars.

 

Muesli Munch Apple Parfait

Ingredients & Instructions: (2 servings)

  • 4 apples peeled, core and cut in 1-inch pieces. Add water until barely covering apples in pot and boil for 4 minutes until tender. Drain water and mash.
  • In pan toast 2 cups Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor), with 1 TBS butter or coconut oil (app. 2 minutes). Ideal for breakfast either toasted or non toasted.
  • Scoop non fat plain yogurt or coconut yogurt, muesli, apple, maple syrup, then more yogurt, muesli, apple, yogurt and maple syrup on top and serve! 

 

Muesli Munch Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1 1/2-cups organic flour
  • 2-tsp sea salt
  • 1-tsp baking powder
  • 1-cup of water
  • 3/4-cup grapeseed oil or olive oil

Instructions:

1: Pre-heat the oven to 380 degrees.
2: Mix all 6 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon or hand mixer.
3: Cut 2 sheets of baking paper, to fit in your choice of baking tray or trays depending on portion size.
4: On top of a large cutting board, place the mix in the center of one sheet of baking paper, then put the other piece on top.
5: Press the mix from the center and evenly distribute the whole mix, if pressed out too much then place back in the center or fill in any sections.
6: Once the mix is flattened out how you want it, use a pizza slicer or cutting knife to cut into square shapes.
7: Once the squares are cut how you like, remove the top sheet of baking paper, and then pull the mix on the other sheet of paper onto a baking tray and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve with an assortment of cheeses – brie is especially good.

2: The flatbread is also delicious with almond butter and honey.

 

Muesli Munch "Bread" Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 4-cups, Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 3/4-cup of mixed whole almonds and walnuts, the whole nuts add a great aesthetic to the bread when sliced.
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3-cup grapeseed oil or olive oil
  • 1-tsp sea salt  

Instructions:

1: Whip eggs well with hand mixer.
2: Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all with a spoon.
3: Put into app. (9 by 5 inch) loaf pan lined with baking paper.
4: Bake in the middle of a pre-heated oven at 330 degrees for 70 minutes, (the last 10 minutes cover loosely with foil).
5: When bread has cooled it is ready to slice and serve.

Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve a slice with peanut butter, sliced bananas and honey on top.
2: Serve a slice with your favorite fruit jam or butter. 

 

Muesli Munch Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1-bag Sean’s Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1-stick melted butter
  • 2-TBS honey
  • 1-TBS vanilla extract
  • 4 apples

Instructions:

1: Slice apples with skin on, divide in buttered baking pan.
2: Mix the other ingredients and pour over apples.
3: Place mixture in app. (11 by 9 inch) pan.
4: Bake at 380 F for 30 min. (cover loosely w foil for 15 min.)

Serving Suggestions:

1: Serve with whipped cream.
2: Serve with vanilla ice cream. 

 

 

 

  

Muesli Munch Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • 1-pound ground meat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-can diced tomatoes
  • 1-bag of Sean's Organic Muesli Munch (any flavor)
  • 1-cup of BBQ sauce
  • 2-tsp of Worcestershire sauce

Instructions: 

1: Mix thoroughly and shape meat loaf into app. (9 by 5 inch) loaf pan.
2: Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
3: Take out top with 1-cup of heated BBQ sauce and let stand for 10 minutes. 

Serving Suggestions:

1: You may serve with additional BBQ sauce, ketchup and mustard.
